“Move Forward” launches its third edition with AI in the spotlight

Atleti Lab, in collaboration with the club’s Human Resources Department and Grupo UAX, the Atlético de Madrid academic partner, presents the third edition of ‘Move Forward’, the internal innovation training program focused on developing the club’s talent.

The official launch took place at the Tunnel Club of the Riyadh Air Metropolitano and featured a roundtable with Israel Macià, founder and CEO of Indoorwall Climbing Gyms, and Juan Luis Moreno, partner & managing director at The Valley Business & Tech School, the business school of the UAX educational group. The guests shared their vision on innovation, technology, and practical application in real-world settings.

The new edition of ‘Move Forward’ focuses on Artificial Intelligence. Through interdisciplinary teams, the program will develop projects to identify use cases that provide a real competitive advantage for the club.

‘Move Forward’ thus consolidates its role as a key initiative, reinforcing the commitment to practical, collaborative, and results-driven innovation.
